What You Need to Know to Lose Weight
About 3,500 calories equals one pound of weight. So, if you take in approximately 3,500 calories less or burn that amount during physical activity and exercise, you lose one pound.
If you want to lose weight, you will need to create a calorie shortage. You can best do this by reducing your calorie intake and increasing calorie expenditure. Doing both of these things at the same time is ideal, and will give you more satisfying results. You can begin slowly with one or the other if you need to, but eventually you will hit a “plateau” and will have to add the one you’re skipping.
Is this difficultc It’s not as hard as you may think, if you understand how it works. Slowly reducing your calorie intake by eliminating foods high in calories and fat, you’ll begin seeing results. You will be surprised how eliminating just one soda a day results in weight loss. That’s about 11 pounds a year! Now imagine combining this with the our weight loss tips and some good, old-fashioned exercise such as walking, weight training or aerobics. Not only will you be healthier, you’ll need new clothes!
Slower, healthy weight loss means it will be easier to keep it off. Crash diets aren’t healthy and are only a quick-fix. A practical goal is a 1-2 lbs a week, but you need to check with your doctor to see if this is reasonable for you.
Step on the scale and take your body measurements before you begin. You may lose inches before pounds if you begin exercising, and you’ll need to know that you’re still losing — even if the scale doesn’t initially reflect lost pounds.
Start with these healthy weight loss tips and you’re one step closer to a more confident, slimmer YOU.
Do not view food as your enemy. Having a healthy attitude towards it will help change your eating habits.
Identify which foods represent your weak spots. Eliminate some of them completely and reduce your intake of others.
Plan to feel some hunger, it’s part of it. You can actually stop eating while still feeling hungry. As your body adjusts, it will become satisfied more easily.
Get used to reading food labels. This is necessary and very educational.
Try five small meals a day instead of three larger ones. This keeps your metabolism from slowing down and helps satisfy your desire to eat.
Swap foods. Get the lower calorie and fat version of your favorite foods, but read the labels and compare to make sure the claims are correct.
Mayonnaise and salad dressing are packed with calories and fat. Get the versions with reduced or no fat before you cut anything else. Same with margarine.
Don’t crash diet and don’t go on very low-calorie diets. A life long change means simply reducing your calorie intake modestly.
There’s nothing wrong with prepackaged weight loss meals such as Lean Cuisine and Weight Watchers! You can combine this with your regular regimen.
Add spices to bland meals. Low-fat parmesan cheese is a great add-on to prepackaged meals. I love Mrs. Dash.
Drink water to keep your body hydrated. Your body NEEDS water to help eliminate fat.
Add water to your meals for a full feeling.
Expect a larger grocery bill as you buy healthier foods. It’s worth it.
Fast fad Dietsc Nope. You need to implement a life long change in your eating habits and physical activity.
Use a smaller plate. It will take less food to clean your plate.
Slowly make your portions smaller and cut your food into small pieces.
You can still eat meat, just invest in the leaner versions. Trim away visible fat before cooking.
Get no-stick cooking spray and forget the oil and shortening.
Dietary fiber makes you feel full and is necessary for a healthy digestive system.
Always have some fruit on hand for a quick snack.
Limit your salt intake. Consider a salt substitute for a lifetime change.
Drain your meat and flush with hot water in a strainer after cooking to eliminate excessive fat.
Let your homemade soup sit in the fridge and spoon off the fat that collects at the top.
Steam, broil and bake before frying.
Chew your food slowly and quit before you’re completely full. Studies show it takes 20 minutes for your brain to realize your stomach is full. If, after that time period, you’re still hungry, eat more. Chances are, you won’t.
Don’t eat while you’re watching TV or reading.
Diet sodasc Some claim they only increase your appetite, but everybody is different. They can help in situations where you just have to have a soda. The jury’s still out on many artificial sweeteners so it’s probably best to take a cautious approach.
Limit your alcohol intake.
Take a multi-vitamin daily.
Avoid Ramen soup. It’s cheap, but packed with calories and sodium.
Don’t deprive yourself of that favorite food. Just eat it in moderation.
Drink a glass of water with your meals but avoid “washing” down your food.
Surf the Internet for weight-loss support groups.
If you mess up, don’t think you’ve ruined the entire day. This will lead to more overeating. Accept your mistake and get back on track the same day.
Create a food diary and log in everything you eat. Your calorie intake might be much higher than you think.
Make an effort every day to cut unhealthy foods from your diet. It doesn’t have to be a lot, but you’ll see results by doing this.
There are two ways you may feel when trying to lose weight. Hunger, or guilt from overeating. If you eat in moderation, you can reduce the hunger and eliminate the guilt — a much better feeling.

WHAT’S A WEIGHT LOSS DIET THAT WORKS!?
Like, I need to lose weight and I’m becoming extremely unmotivated…I tried the starvation diet, bleh! Nooo way. I lasted 2 days…I was going to try the oatmeal diet, but I read somewhere that it’s only for short-term use…and I’m probably going to be on a diet for like 4-5 months…not a week, haha you get my drift?
My brother lost a lot of weight when he was about my age…he told me that he ate 3 square meals a day…
I’m kind of trying to avoid chicken and meat and so forth, (and sometimes it’s cooked for dinner..bleh) so I just want to cut all of that out.
Men lose weight 25% faster than women too, so that pretty much explains why he lost the weight so fast…
Anyways…I want a diet that I can stick to, and that would actually make me lose weight…I do roughly about 1hour of exercise a day so yeah xD
Thanks in advance.
go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food
after 7 p.m. People achieve marvellous results with it. Depending on
your initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If
you don’t eat wheat then you don’t eat all those sticky, fatty goey
cakes, you don’t eat junk food, and you don’t eat biscuits. But your
diet is still balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to
calculate points or to buy special meals or plans.
I have 25 pounds to lose to get to a healthy weight…I will be taking Lipo 6 ultra concentrate for women?
Will a high protein diet work faster with the Lipo 6 for weight loss?

My mother cannot stay motivated or commit to any weightloss program or diet. Any Help?
I love my mom alot! She talks to me about everything. Including her weight problems. She has had a tummy tuck and a breast reduction in 2005. In 2006 she became pregnant with my baby sister and after that she inserted Mireyna birth control (however you spell it) After that she kept gaining weight over the years. In 2008 she started running and changing her diet. Later that year my stepfather got into a terrible accident and was hospitalized and my mom stopped running and dieting to take care of him. She gained the weight back. And after that, i think the menopause “crazy, moody and unpredictable” side affects got to her. So she started buying diet pills. Stuck to them for 2 weeks and slowly didn’t care for them anymore and then got back on them and did the same thing. She then joined a gym membership with a personal trainer…canceled after one week. She joined another private workout club with 7 other women…she was never on time and she showed up late on purpose and quit after 3 weeks. she then got the 2 ball things behind her ears that stimulate her hunger and she wasted ALOT of money on that because she got them taken out and never used them again. She joined Medi Fast weight loss diet program and she spent again TOO MUCH money on buying foods that she wouldn’t even eat. And that’s only some Other the major things shes done. Shes been on alot of diets and she has asked me to be her motivator and make sure she sticks to them. Ive done that plenty of times and have even tried the mean motivator role. Then she goes and tells other people that im too mean and im no help…she makes excuses for everything. She eats sugared popcorn and drinks carbonated drinks and McDonald’s smoothies and says “its only 75 calories, its made of milk, its half water…” What should i do? Im tired of hearing her excuses and im tired of her taking her weight anger out on me.
Hi Luz. Your mom wants to loose weight and want you to be her motivator but she seems doesn’t want to help herself. From the way you described what your mom has gone through, it proves that she is not too serious about loosing weight. Because if she is, she will continue or might have finished what she started like going to a gym or joining the workout club. But she quit for just few weeks. I hope she can be serious next time. You might be interested on learning the facts about what menopause can do to the health of your mom especially on having mood swings as the symptoms of menopause and weight gain too. I am leaving a source below on what you can give help for your mother. You can read articles from there too. Good luck and I hope all is going to be fine for just few weeks.
I got hot date in three weeks and want to lose weight fast. Any ideas?
First off I’m a 37yr old male and am definitely built for comfort not speed at the moment
I’ve got a date with a beautiful woman in three weeks and feel really unhealthy, flabby and shy at the moment.
I’ve heard the Atkins Diet is good for short-term weight loss. Cabage soup diet for reducing fluid retention.
Can anyone give me a surefire weigh to drop the weight and raise the confidence.
Thanks for any serious answers (obviously I’m not going to fast for 3 weeks
Thanks FunnyGal: that’s a very kind thing to say.
@Sabrina: the date is 3 weeks away because we’re all in different parts of the country for Xmas.

WHY ARE SO MANY WHITE WOMEN EITHER OVER-WEIGHT OR OBESE? IS WEIGHT LOSS DIFFICULT TO MAINTAIN?
It seems so many white women are either overwight or obese. 30% overwight, and 33% obese. This is a very concern. i know the fast food culture, the stay a home culture of doing chores and home management atkes a tool and they are eating healthy, exercsing, or get fit.
HENCE, WHY ARE SO MANY WHITE WOMEN eitehr overwight or obese. i have heard all the diets they have, and many work for a while, but the gain it back.
It isn’t just white women, it is also black women, latina women, white men, black men, & latino men. I see a lot of everyone over-weight where I live so I do not agree to just white women.
Anyone know of a good protein powder for a woman trying to gain weight?
I’m 22, 5’4 and weighs about 95 lbs. I’ve always been really skinny and my mom too, but I’m tired of always being the stick figure and really want to gain some curves. I tried numerous times to gain weight by trying to force feed myself but either there would be no difference at all or I would give up for I feel like I am failing. I eat healthy and sometimes even more than normal but I still stay the same size maybe because of my genes and my fast metabolism. Ive been searching up online what for weight gain diet plans and I really want to try protein powder. But all I can find online are the ones targeted for men. And the ones I can find for women are for those weight loss diets and I sure dont need those. I wonder if anyone can recommend me a good protein powder for women. Thanks so much!!!
You don’t need protein. If you consume more protein than your body can use, you will just excrete it. And, the US National Institute of Health and all medical organizations warn the you should not take supplements without the recommendation of a doctor. Here’s what you should know about protein supplementation.

If you eat a proper diet with more calories than you burn daily and don’t gain weight, you’re not going to gain weight. It has nothing to do with your metabolism and everything to do with your genetics. The only way for you to gain would be to try to add muscle and that’s going to mean a long term commitment to regular strength training with no guarantees. If you want more information, buy this book –> http://www.bodybyscience.net/home.html/?page_id=18
One final warning. You should be very careful about asking a bunch of random unknown strangers in this or any other forum for advice on what to put in your body. You should get answers to important questions about your body and health from your physician.
Good luck and good health!!
Why are my colleagues being so petty and mean about my weight loss?
After a stern warning from my doctor about my likelihood of developing diabetes in the next few years I decided to change my eating habits and take up exercise. I switch my diet to 100% clean, home cooked wholefoods and worked out about an hour or so 6 days a week. I lost a lot of weight fast going from 220 to 140 in about 4 months. I work in an office with all women and at first as I was still wearing my old clothes my weight loss was not noticed, it was only after buying clothes in a smaller size people began to notice. At this point I had lost about 30lbs and women I worked with said I looked better and so on but not long after that they started up with comments such as I shouldn’t be starving myself (I’m not as I eat about 1800 cals a day), I should lose too much more as I was fine now and that I wouldn’t suit being too slim as well as lot’s off encouragement to eat cakes etc in work and told I was a killjoy and no fun when I would decline. I did not really like talking much about my weight loss and if people asked how I was doing it and I said healthy food and plenty of exercise the looked a bit disappointed.
Now I am 139lbs (not a stick insect) and a UK size 10/12 which I am happy with although I am still losing a weight slowly and I think my weight will settle at about 135lbs which is fine for me 5 foot 5 inch height. I am happy with my results but still experiencing a lot of negative comments at work. We had a company dinner and dance last weekend and I went out a bought a new dress, not low cut or shot but very pretty and in a size 12. I wasn’t exactly glammed up just a touch of make up but I was hardly there before th catty comments started. One woman I work with and though I got on well with had too much to drink and said that I thought I was something special now I was slim and that just because I was thinner now didn’t mean that my (and I quote) “p*ssy was gold plated” I did get quite a bit of male attention that night but it was so unusual for me that if anything it made me feel uncomfortable, I really wasn’t asking for it just enjoying not feeling like an elephant for once! I used to be the fattest in the group, but with a nice face. Now I am one of the slimmest and I think it has ruffled a few feathers and all the negativity is making my working day quite unpleasent. What should I do to smooth thinks out with my colleagues and why are they being so petty?
I don’t think I have bragged about it. I don’t really like talking about my weight loss. A lot of the women I work with are always on diets and talk about it non stop. I think thats a bit boring really.
My weight loss plan was real simple. I am a vegetarian but before I ate a lot of ready meals and was always hungry so snacked on sweets and pastries etc. I changed my diet so that I ate all home cooked food, all fresh veggies, fruit, home baked wholemeal bead, brown rice, lentils etc I had lot’s of salads and indian dahls etc and supplemented my diet with the odd protein shake to help with muscle repair. My total calories averaged about 1800 a day. I had trouble sometimes eating it all sometimes it seemed so much!
As for working out I did about an hour of cardio everyday 6 days a week mixing it up to keep my body guessing so one day I’d do interval training and the next day I’d do a long moderate intensity walk on the treadmill at an incline. I also did resistance training with weights three times a week. I made sure I got lot’s of sleep and had a rest day every week.
I used the Sauna at the gym a couple of times a weel as well, which I think helped.
Whoa! There is lots of stuff going on here! Your friends were comfortable with the “fat & happy you” and suddenly you have become svelte! No doubt, there is a lot of ambivalence on their part regarding who you are now!
We all expect our friends to be happy for us if we lose weight, fall in love, or win the lottery. But in truth, those kinds of things change the dynamic of the relationship! It makes your friends uncomfortable if you are suddenly a different person.
Cut them some slack. As they become more comfortable with your slim self, they should be able to regroup and accept it. This has all happened pretty fast! Just be sure that YOU don’t become a prima donna now that you are slim and beautiful!
And, Darlin’, please tell me how you lost 80 lbs. in four months!?! I want to bottle it and sell it! Then my friends will have to deal with the RICH MARY! (And I will have your problem!)
Will Women’s One A Day Active Metabolism help with losing weight for boot camp?
I’m 18 years old. I’m 5’3” and weigh 134 lbs. I’d like to get between 110-115 in 6 months or less since I ship out to USMC boot camp in 6 months. I work out but my eating habits were never healthy, so I’m starting to eat healthy foods. I wanted to add a vitamin to my diet so I bought a metabolism booster vitamin. I’m not looking to lose weight fast, I’d like to lose 2 pounds a week. With working out 4-6 times a week and eating around 1200 calories, will the vitamin help aid with the weight loss? If so, how long will it take to lose 20-25 pounds?
You could lose that weight in 2-3 months, even without the vitamin.
Should I try Alli weight loss pill?
I was looking at Alli weight loss pills in the chemists today but I am no sure if I should go for them. The seem to block the absorption of fat from your diet rather than break up the fat you have in your body. I am about 70lbs overweight but I don’t eat a high fat diet most of my weight gain came after a car accident injury prevented me from exercising for a couple of years and over eating high sugar and high carb foods. I am very anemic and so am always needing a sugar hit to get through the day. I am vegetarian so most of my meals are low fat it’s just the snacking that is really bad with me.
Also I am worried that Alli will stop me absorbing healthy fats and fat soluble vitamins. Studies show that women on very low fat diets have skin that ages faster not something I want as losing 70lbs creates a risk of loose skin and eating a very low fat diet while losing weight may contribute to this.
Still I would like a little help so maybe this alli is worth a try or if anyone can suggest a product that can help with low energy / sugar cravings and appetite control?
Would be great to know what you thing.
Your comment is very rude, I agree that eating too much sugar is a bad habit but the link between anemia and obesity does exist. I have been seeing endocrinologist who told me this. It is very common for those with chronic anemia to self medicate with sugar or other stimulents. It’s not correct behaviour and I’m not excusing myself but it is a factor.
It is a shame as your advice otherwise is good. Too bad you spoiled it with your self righteous attitude.
My anemia is due to a hormonal imbalance which cause me to lose far too much blood during my periods. This is an ongoing issue for me and I have been hospitalised due to it several times.
Hi I have a similar problem I am also anemic and vegetarian (seems to come with the territory!) I have only just started using Alli so its to early for me to say, but I suggest you do some reading up on Alli, and if you decide to go ahead and buy some, give it a week then evaluate how your body is responding to taking it. You can find a review of Alli here – http://www.natural-appetite-suppressant.co.uk/alli-diet-pill-review.html
Hope this helps x
How should a girl take a comment from a guy regarding weight loss?
It is a very common fact that many women around the world frequently go on diets to lose a few pounds or in some cases stone. This can utilise the assistance of weight loss schemes such as Weight Watchers, Slim Fast, etc. All this done in an effort to look good, and why not!
However, whilst I have known some big girls lose lots of weight and get comments from guys saying how good they look because of their transformation. But, at the same time, I have known some girls who might be 20lbs over weight take badly to a guy making a comment where they say for example “wow, you’ve lost some weight, you’re looking good”….. I have heard responses from the girl along the lines of “Are you saying I was fat before?” followed by a sudden hatred of the guy.
So, how far should a guy take his comments or should he just keep his mouth shut on all occsassions?
If you want to compliment a girl, you can do so without mentioning weight. Simply saying, “You look good” is sufficient.
a girl with a guy weight loss question …?
ive tried diets “for women” and excersise classes “for women”, but nothing seems to work!
guys lose weight faster
what do you do?
how do you get those abs (lol i dont want THAT much muscle)
any tips on how you work out and eat?
im 5’4, 107 lbs, and 14 years old
For your weight/height, you shouldn’t do anything drastic. Stick to a good cardio workout and drink plenty of water in place of any other liquids you normally drink and you’ll see a difference.
For the cardio, do interval runnings, where you sprint for a short amount of time (30 seconds) and then jog for a longer time (1.5 minutes) and then keep adding more time to the sprint and less on the jog until you can do a minute of each. You’ll be speeding up your metabolism as well as be burning more calories after you’re done working out.
What do you think of the Atkins diet?
I have tried everything and I have lost ten pounds and my belly is smaller but still not where I want to be so I am looking at other methods. I know many women who have done Atkins and liked it. It’s an all meat (for the most part) with very little carbohydrates and sugar. This is good for weight loss fast I suppose but is this diet easy to sustain? Also, with no carbs I don’t know if my jogs will be all that productive. Just looking for some general feedback from experiences.
I don’t think there is any further doubt that the restricted carbohydrate diet, which has been around for hundreds of years, is THE method most likely to be successful for the average person in the sugar/cereal/potato engorged western world! Doctors are gradually swallowing their pride and admitting that low fat diets do not work as well as low carb ones. The theory is tricky but sound.
“Atkins”, which is just a particularly popular type of low-carb, fat-burning diet, is not about meat only at all! It is a high vegetable, high protein, moderate fat and low carb and zero “sugar” diet. It is not easy or crazy, just because you can eat bacon and eggs once a week! Although I used to be suspicious too. Even my doctor says eat lots of lean meat and fish now and go easy on the OJ.
Oh, and of course you will gain weight back if you go back to eating too much carbs and stop exercising! There is no diet that will permanently change your metabolism so you can like a fatso again and stay skinny! You can eat a bit more when you’ve lost the weight you want.
Serious weight loss issue, need help now!?

major fears about postpartum weight loss and being overweight forever…need advice from moms!?
So I am 4 months along now, and I have been a bit overweight for much of my life, but not too badly, anywhere from 0-15 lbs over the strict limits for BMI (I’m 5’8″). My fitness level has always been good/fairly muscular.
But my weight has been creeping up on my over the last 3 years or so, ever since I turned 30. At the beginning of that period I was at a normal weight, about 158 lbs. But then I quit my waitressing job (which apparently burned a lot of calories) to finish up my PhD, which was great in terms of making a living but also led to a much more sedentary lifestyle in front of a computer once I got an academic job.
By this time last year I’d gained 10 lbs and by the time I married my husband I weighed about 170lbs. After eating plenty of Christmas goodies, I found I was pregnant, starting off at 173 lbs. I know this isn’t so horrible in the grand scheme, but having spent most of my life in the lower 160’s it filled me with dread to be starting off at this weight.
I am terrified of gaining so much that I won’t ever see the 150’s again. So far I have gained 7 lbs. I am trying to keep my weight under control with a more conscious focus on diet and exercise, but in the last couple of weeks I’ve packed on the majority of this weight, and watching the scale hit 180 makes me wonder how long it’s going to take me – if ever! – to have my body back again. I still have more than half my pregnancy to go, and I was really hoping to keep my gain down to 15 lbs. That means I can only gain another 8 lbs with my baby over the course of the next 24 weeks!!! That’s less than half a pound a week that I can gain now while still gaining the minimum required.
How fast did your weight come off after your baby was born? How much did you lose right away? After 6 weeks? 6 months? A year? Did you ever get back to your prepregnancy weight? Thanks for your answers and helping me to put this into perspective from women who have actually gone through this.
Oh I feel you! I was 36 when I got pregnant with my twins and a size 13. By the end of my pregnancy I was a 26 (!!) and had gained 65 lbs! Darn those root beer floats! But when I delivered I dropped 35lbs right away and was in a 16 when I went home from the hospital. I still have about 25 lbs to lose but now that its getting warmer out I will be able to take the babies out for walks and that will help alot! Just make sure you walk as much as you can now-it will help keep your weight under control and will help with delivery. With my 1st child I was 19 and gained a total of 40lbs and it took over a year to get back into shape but I went through a divorce when she was only 4 months old so I’m sure depression didn’t help at all! My husband tells me all the time that it’s baby fat and so it doesn’t really count! Of course that is usually after I’ve gone looking for something to wear and am in tears! A good diet and exercise is important but whats a few pounds compared to a healthy baby? If you breast feed then it will help burn calories too. Mainly I would say be sensible about it and try not to stress over the weight (ha ha!) because it’s for a good cause and you can always take it back off again. Good Luck and Congrats!
Is this a good weight loss plan?
8 cups of water a day
3 meals and 1-2 snacks a day
lots of fruits and veggies
whole grain and whole wheat foods
plenty of beans, nuts, eggs, and lentils
not too much of dairy products (instead eat soy products)
1 day a week free
Every other day
pushups- 3 sets of 5-10 reps
situps- 3 sets of 10-20 reps
biking, swimming, walking, jogging, etc.
stretch before and after each workout- 5-10 minutes
I also plan to use the diet pill curvatrim that is good for women losing weight. I hope to lose 30-40 pounds in about 3 months (by Christmas)
Do you think I can do it? Can you give me any advice on what else I can do, what I should change, and tips to help me lose weight faster, easier, or more efficiently?
You might lose weight with soy now, but it will come back and bite you in the butt with health problems and probably weight gain, later. It will screw up your endocrine system, too. ONLY use naturally fermented soy, like organic soy sauce.
To lose weight the fastest with exercise:
rebound on trampoline or safe rebounder every day to detox you of toxins that cling to extra water weight – helps get rid of weight, toxins and cellulite, and tones EVERYTHING. More effective than running, and better on your joints.
Body wraps can help shift fat but you HAVE to be diligent to drink water and avoid fat, caffeine and sugar or the fat just re-deposits. Benefits: shifts toxins out, compresses tissue so it is firmer and smaller than before, now that the toxins and their buffering excess water weight have been transferred out. The cells actually “stick back together” closer than before.
Beware of too much cardio, it teaches your body to use and store fat effectively unless you diet brutally.
Use a program like Jorge Cruise’s 12-second sequence or Rob Poulos Fat Burning Furnace or Shapely Secrets intensive isometrics to really, really push your muscles. This will pump up your fat burning more than cardio, and it will pump it up all the time. If you do sit ups, please, please be kind to your neck. Do comprehensive workouts so you don’t get out of balance.
Your water plan and multiple meal plan usually works great for people at this stage of dieting, and your free day is highly recommended by many experts. To lose weight at a consistent pace, you’ll want to keep your calorie intake in check at each meal, while at the same time making sure you get plenty of calories each day to build muscle. Digestive enzymes will help prevent undigested material from pooching out your belly (soy inhibits digestion, and can slowly lead to a pooch. So do most whole grain products that are available today, because of the way they are prepared. Stick with sprouted whole grain breads to minimize this problem). Take high quality probiotics.
Do a metabolic typing test. Some people lose weight much, much easier when they eat according to their type. You can eat all the lean chicken you want, but if you need fatty lamb to balance your metabolism, you aren’t going to lose weight very easily eating lean chicken, and you’ll feel crappier than you need to, to boot. There are tests online, look for Dr. Wolcott’s, he’s one of the foremost guys in the field. Dr. Mercola is another resource that is available easily online. Or try your library or Amazon to get books to help you do this. Look for Wolcott’s book on Metabolic Typing, Mercola’s Total Health books, Rudolf Wiley’s Biobalance I and II.
Diet pills that really work for women?
I have been having a lot of trouble loosing weight lately.
I have tried slim fast, and that really didn’t even help
Has anyone used any diet pills that have really worked
with low side effects? Also, I want something that gives
me energy, not just weight loss, and maybe something that
kick starts a work out. I have read a lot of reviews about
pills and that makes every one of them seem great.
All of them are bad. If you are serious about losing weight, go to Weight Watchers.
